goIDit utilizes wireless sensors that are attached to key rings and allocated to vehicles stored in your inventory. The system records the key's location, uploading this data to the goIDit cloud service for sensor-to-VIN cross-referencing based on make, model, and year.
- If the key is moved, the system is updated accordingly.
- Upon selling a vehicle, the sensor can be reassigned.
- Locating keys, even when stored in a drawer, is made simple and efficient.
All team members have the ability to locate any key via the goIDit app by searching using VIN, Make, Model, or Year specifications. When the key is in its designated place, it illuminates for easy identification. If it's not, goIDit promptly provides the specific location to facilitate retrieval.
- If a key is in a drawer, activate the Ring function.
- To find a key in the service department, head directly to its location.
- On a test drive, track its position using the map feature.
